About Us

Artists' Choice is the book club for the practising artist. Members receive a quarterly magazine, which features a wide variety of
publications - allowing you to find the perfect aid to your development in your chosen medium. The Magazine includes full descriptions of the books, materials and videos that we sell as well as many illustrations that build up to a complete picture of what you are buying. A family-run company, we are independent of all publishers and other mail-order companies and we offer you a friendly and personal service from our base in rural Cambridgeshire.

We also created and co-sponsor the Practical Art Book of The Year Award. A shortlist of the current year's books is selected by the editors of Artists' Choice, Leisure Painter and The Artist magazines. This website is designed to offer you, the members, a better service and future members easier access to information on the book club and how to join it. It has been set up to complement rather than replace our main marketing activities which include the Club Magazine and introductory offers which appear in the art press. On the site you can find information on some of our products and also request further information which will be sent to you by conventional post.

Other features include, a page for our resident artist EMA's Road Test, mailing lists offering catalogue information and special offers for members, an online order form and contact details for the company. In order to provide you with the best service, the site will be developed and updated regularly with information and special offers.
